The decor of the evening used giant playing cards painted by Genevieve Gailliard, Belgian artist, and Akha Student Ata.   The arrival of the guests. The evening was organized for only 125 distinguished guests from Chiangrai, Chiangmai, Bangkok, and as far as Malaysia and Belgium
